Das Bauunternehmen Ryland Group konnte am Donnerstag einen Sprung nach oben machen und dabei das Niveau von 20 Dollar verteidigen. Grund ist neben der charttechnisch erkennbaren Stauzone und der runden Zahl jedoch vor allem die Diskussion in den USA, den Bonus von 8000 Dollar für Hauskäufer weiterlaufen zu lassen. Dieses Konjunkturprogramm läuft eigentlich Ende November aus. Eine Fortsetzung könnte Baufirmen viele Aufträge bringen und Arbeitsplätze sichern. So dürfte auch RYL vielleicht bald wieder bei 25 Dollar rangieren und nicht nur Bauherren, sondern auch Aktionäre erfreuen.
