Im Oktober 2008 markierte die Aktie von Aixtron noch einen Tiefstkurs von 2,98 Euro. Derzeitig steht der Wert fast 300% höher, getrieben von der Hoffnung auf eine Erholung der wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Bei dem Erwachen der Erkenntnis, dass statt einer Erhohlung ein noch tieferer Einbruch folgen wird, dürfte die Aktie midestens die Hälfte ihres Wertes verlieren.
