Das "Herz der Gruppe" sind Harbour City und Times Square in Hong Kong. Zusammen repräsentieren sie 46% der gesamten Vermögenswerte und 63% des Operating Profit. Leicht positiver als die allgemeine Wirtschaft, stieg 2008 der operative Gewinn um 20% gegenüber 2007 auf fast HK $ 5 Milliarden.
Profitiert auch vom Trend der Urbanisierung, in den nächsten 20 Jahren werden ca. 300 Mio Menschen in die Städte ziehen, Wharf profitiert hier von diesem Trend.
