Angenommen die Alibaba Aktie hält das jetzige Kursniveau, oder steigt gar weiter an, dann ist alleine diese Beteiligung fast soviel wert wie das gesamte Unternehmen Yahoo. Ausgehend von einem Alibaba Aktienkurs von 93,89 Dollar multipliziert mit der im Besitz verbliebenen 401.826.286 Aktien ergibt sich somit ein Marktwert der Alibaba Beteiligung in Höhe von ca. 37,73 Milliarden Dollar. YHOO wird hingegen aktuell nur mit 40.81 Milliarden Dollar an der Börse bewertet, hat aber durch den Verkauf der ersten Alibaba Trance bereits knapp 8,3 Milliarden Dollar eingenommen. Zuvor besaß das Unternehmen bereits schon Cash Reserven in Höhe von ca 1.6 Milliarden Euro. Macht zusammen rein rechnerisch einen Wert von 47,63 Milliarden Dollar!
