Citibank, Postbank und ggf. die Dresdner Bank werden mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit in neue strategische Bündnisse eingebracht.
Dabei dürfte die Allianz im driver seat sein und sich ggf. auf eine Minderheitsbeteiligung an einer um Commerzbank und Postbank vergrösserten Dresdner Bank begnügen. Dies schafft Phantasie, dass in Deutschland im Banking endlich die kritische Grösse erreicht wird und eine Gegenposition zu Sparkassen und Volks/Raiffeisenbanken aufgebaut werden kann.
