Der Neubau von Wohnungen ist rückläufig, es fehlen Hunderttausende von Wohnungen, wie sollen da die Mieten sinken? Jetzt noch ein günstiger Einstiegsmoment, auch wenn die Zinsen noch am steigen sind und das die Immo-Konzerne belastet. Die Zinswende ist m.E. absehbar.
