Twitter steigert Werbe-Einnnahmen in Q4/2022
Der amerikanische Kurznachrichten-Dienst Twitter hat im vierten Quartal 2022 seine Werbe-Erlöse ebenso wie die anderen amerikanischen Internet-Konzerne deutlich steigern können. Im Jahresvergleich stieg der Werbe-Umsatz um 21,5 Prozent auf 1,57 Milliarden Dollar. Allerdings gingen auch die Kosten in die Höhe, daher sank der Quartals-Gewinn von 222 auf knapp 182 Millionen Dollar.
Beim Jahres-Umsatz legte Twitter um 27 Prozent auf 5,1 Milliarden Dollar zu. Bis Ende 2023 sollen es 7,5 Milliarden Dollar sein.
Positiv haben sich auch die Nutzer-Zahlen entwickelt. Sie steigen von 211 (Q3/2022) auf 217 Millionen in Q4/2022. Bis Ende 2023 sollen es 315 Millionen Menschen sein, die Twitter als User für sich gewinnen will.
