FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX) - Die Deutsche Börse will in den kommenden Jahren ihren profitablen Wachstumskurs fortsetzen. Bis 2023 soll der Nettoerlös im Schnitt um zehn Prozent pro Jahr auf dann etwa 4,3 Milliarden Euro zulegen, wie aus einer am Donnerstag veröffentlichten Analystenpräsentation hervorgeht. Die Hälfte des Wachstums soll dabei aus Übernahmen kommen, die andere Hälfte aus dem bereits bestehenden Geschäft. Dabei soll das Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (Ebitda) und der Gewinn je Aktie ebenfalls um zehn Prozent pro Jahr steigen. Die Deutsche Börse hatte erst am Dienstagabend die milliardenschwere Übernahme des Aktionärsberaters ISS angekündigt. Die Aktie legte daraufhin deutlich zu. Zuletzt stand sie mit einem Plus von rund drei Prozent an der Dax-Spitze.
