Das Papier befindet sich seit 2017 in einem volatilen Seitwärtstrend. Die Schwachen Quartalszahlen haben das Papier zweistellig einbrechen lassen. Eine schnelle Besserung ist nicht in Sicht. AMD liegt mittlerweile vielen Bereichen deutlich vorne. Es ist nicht zu erwarten, dass dieser Vorsprung eingeholt werden kann. Der Kurs nähert sich einem Unterstützungsbereich mit sehr vielen Tiefs. Wird dieser Bereich unterschritten, kann es zu einem massiven Abverkauf kommen. Es sieht aktuelle nicht gut für Intel aus. Sell!
Ich weiss nicht ob jeder mitbekommen hat welchen enormen Schritt Apple bei seinen neuen Macbooks gemacht hat. Siehe z.B. die letzte Folge des Podcasts Freakshow. Die Performance durch die ARM-Archtitektur ist sehr beeindruckend. Apple wird sich endgültig von Intel verabschieden. AMD ist meistens deutlich günstiger als Intel und übertrifft Intel in puncto Performance mittlerweile im gleichen Preisbereich. Nur im High-End-Bereich kann Intel AMD bei einigen Anwendungen minimal übertreffen. Für einen Massenmarkt sind die Top-CPUs aber nicht relevant. Außerdem gibt es einen deutlichen Performance-Schub wenn man eine CPU von AMD zusammen mit einer GPU von AMD nutzt. Intel hat den Schritt zur kleineren Fertigung der Transistoren verpennt. Erst in Jahren wird Intel auf dem jetzigen Fertigungs-Stand (in Nanometern) von AMD sein.
