YANNICK ASSOUAD TAKES ON HER NEW ROLE AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF LATÉCOÈRE GROUP

As announced last July, Yannick ASSOUAD has taken over the Executive Management of Latécoère. On this taking office, the Board of Directors of Latécoère decided to return to the previous structure of governance with the dissociation of the functions of Chairman of the Board which will remain assured by Pierre GADONNEIX and of the function of Chief executive which Yannick ASSOUAD will exercise alone.

Under her leadership, Latécoère will instigate Transformation 2020, a new roadmap designed to equip the Group with the robust industrial plan and investments program it needs to reposition itself on market segments that offer a higher value-added and to fully capitalize on the next cycle of aerospace programs.

Biography

Yannick ASSOUAD, 57, was Chief Executive Officer of Zodiac Aerospace Cabin Branch since May 2015 and member of the Executive Board since November 2015. Between 2010 and 2015, Yannick developed the Aircraft Systems Branch, as its CEO. Prior to this position, Yannick reorganized the support and services of Zodiac Aerospace companies into one dedicated segment, Zodiac Services, that she managed during 2 years.

Yannick started in Zodiac Aerospace as Executive VP of Aircraft Systems Service Division.

Before joining Zodiac Aerospace Group in 2003, Yannick ASSOUAD was successively VP Engineering at SECAN and President and CEO of SECAN and LMB, 2 subsidiaries of Honeywell Aerospace.

Yannick started her career in 1986 at Thomson-CSF (now Thales) and held several positions in Engineering. She was involved in different military programs, the Mirage 2000 and Rafale fighters, VT1 and MLRS missile Systems.

Graduated from INSA Lyon (National Institute of Applied Sciences), she got her PhD in Aerospace Engineering at IIT (Illinois Institute of Technology).

Yannick is a Director of Vinci since April 2013

Yannick was distinguished with the Legion of Honor in July 2015, after the French National Merit in July 2007.

She is a licenced private pilot.
