Tessi takes over Swiss-based Gdoc

Tessi today announced that it had taken control of Swiss-based Gdoc (www.gdoc-lasercom.com).

Gdoc is a digital services company with head office in Geneva providing Document Management services to dozens of large European companies. The company posted 2014 revenues of CHF 11.2 million and has offices in Zurich, Madrid, London and Paris. Company staff include over sixty active project management and project ownership specialists in industries covering insurance, banking, public sector, retail, telecoms and utilities.

Gdoc focuses on CCM (Customer Communication Management), archiving and ECM (Enterprise Content Management) platforms, while constantly striving to better combine paper and digital with a view to optimizing operational procedures and improving the client's experience.

Following the May 2014 acquisition of Spanish-based Graddo, acquiring Gdoc confirms Tessi's determination to expand abroad and bolster its Tessi Documents Services and Solutions and Technologies divisions.
