Olympique Lyonnais has acquired Cameroon international defender Henri Bedimo from Montpellier for €2 million plus up to €600,000 in incentives depending on club performance.
Henri Bedimo, 29, has played in 239 professional matches since the start of his career in August 2004, including 141 in the French Ligue 1—Toulouse (23), Lens (50) and Montpellier (68)—and has also played 24 times with the Cameroon national team. He was with Montpellier when Montpellier won the Ligue 1 title in 2012, and he played in the pool stage of the Champions League.
Olympique Lyonnais is pleased to welcome Henri Bedimo, OL's third recruit this season after Gaël Danic and Miguel Lopes.
