TESSI finalises EUR 20 million bond issue
Tessi is pleased to announce its first private bond issue available to French institutional investors.
The main bond conditions are as follows:
- Total value of the issue: 20 million Euros
- Date of issue: January 11, 2013
- Maturity: December 31,2018
- Coupon: 3.95%
- Listed on: Official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
- Leader: Kepler Capital Markets
The revenue from the bonds, the terms of issue of which are extremely attractive, will further consolidate an already solid financial position (€61 million net cash as at June 30, 2012). It will enable Tessi to meet its medium-term financing requirements both in terms of organic and external growth and to diversify its sources of funding.
A prospectus has been published pursuant to Article 5.3 of Directive 2003/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 amended by Directive 2010/73/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 and has been approved by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). It can be consulted on the issuer's website www.tessi.fr.
