Review on wind project progress in 2015



Aix-en-Provence (France), January 12, 2016. Global EcoPower (Alternext - FR0011289198 - ALGEP) reports on the progress of its different wind projects in the fiscal year 2015.


 


GRID CONNECTION OF THE TRAMOMARINA WIND POWER PLANT IN THE MARNE DEPARTMENT


The Tramomarina wind power plant with an installed capacity of 10.25 MW, in the municipality of Soulanges in the department of Marne (51), was connected to the ERDF public grid on April 21, 2015.


This power plant, consisting of five Senvion (ex-Repower) MM92 turbines with a nominal power of 2.05 MW, was built by GEP on behalf of the Leonidas Associates Group. The acceptance of the plant took place late June 2015.


 


GRID CONNECTION OF THE VAY MARSAC WIND POWER PLANT IN THE LOIRE-ATLANTIQUE DEPARTMENT


The company Parc Eolien de La Vallée du Don, 100% subsidiary of Investeole SA (99.98% owned by GEP), has completed the construction of a 10 MW wind farm in the municipalities of Nozay, Vay and Marsac-sur-Don in the department of Loire-Atlantique (44). As a reminder, the plant consists of five Gamesa G90 turbines with a hub height of 100 m and a unit capacity of 2 MW.


The plant was connected to the ERDF grid on December 1, 2015.


The sale closing to the German group LHI is scheduled in Q1 2016, simultaneously with the final acceptance of the plant at the end of the industrial commissioning.


This 5th achievement brings to 84.25 the number of MW of wind power built to date by GEP.


 


PROGRESS OF THE SEUIL MONT LAURENT PROJECT IN THE ARDENNES DEPARTMENT


The company Parc Eolien de Seuil Mont-Laurent, 60% subsidiary of GEP, continues in accordance with the initial schedule the construction of a 10 MW wind farm in the municipalities of Seuil and Mont-Laurent in the department of Ardennes (08).


As a reminder, the plant consists of five Vestas V90 turbines with a hub height of 78 m and a unit capacity of 2 MW.


To date, the earthworks and all foundations are completed. The delivery substation has also been installed on site. The delivery of the Vestas turbines is scheduled for spring 2016 for a grid connection in mid-2016.


This project will be sold turnkey during the fiscal year 2016.


 


PORTFOLIO OF THE FUTURE PROJECTS


GEP has obtained exclusivity for the acquisition of all rights for a 100 MW wind project in Scandinavia. The due diligence is currently underway.


The group is also working on securing a portfolio of wind projects in mainland France.
