Oeneo and Tonnellerie François Frères finalise acquisition of Radoux

Following the exclusive negotiations announced on 9 February, the Oeneo and Tonnellerie François Frères (TFF) groups today announced the completion of the sale of 100% of the capital of Radoux to TFF.
The sale gives TFF control over Radoux's businesses (the Radoux, Victoria and Pronektar brands), for an enterprise value of €45.3 million.
During the 12 months ended 31 March 2012, the Radoux group should generate a total revenue of around €29 million. The Oeneo group will deconsolidate these operations as from 1 April 2012.
Victoria’s inclusion in the scope of the sale remains subject to certain conditions precedent that must be satisfied by 30 April 2012.
