Avignon, May 2^nd 2017 - Naturex, global leader in specialty plant-based ingredients, has published its registration document for the year ended December 31^st, 2016.

2016 Registration document

The 2016 Registration document was filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) on April 28^th, 2017 under the number D.17-0476.

This document includes :

the annual financial report for the year ended December 31^st, 2016 according to article L 451-1-2 of Code monétaire et financier ;

the Chairman of the Board of Directors' Report on Corporate Governance, internal control and risk management ;

the ISR report relating to the social, environmental and societal informations ;

the information related to the Statutory Auditors'fees.
