Latécoère plans to recruit 400 in 2012

To support the growth of its industrial and service businesses, Latécoère group plans to recruit 400 employees in 2012, including 200 in France and 200 in other countries. Most of the new hires will be experienced engineers and technicians. All of the group’s divisions (Aerostructures, Interconnexion systems and Engineering and Services) will participate in this expansion. Latécoère will thus ready itself for the ramp up of OEMs’ production rates and the growth in service activities.

French operations will hire 200, including 150 in the Toulouse research department

The group seeks to hire 150 engineers and technicians specialised in aeronautical structures and electricity for the Toulouse research departments of Latécoère Aerostructures, LATelec and LATecis. They will design fuselage sections, aircraft doors, avionic racks and electrical harnesses.

In addition, 50 new employees are currently being recruited for purchasing, process, quality control and production functions.

200 hires planned internationally

Meanwhile, Latécoère group will hire 200 people for its research departments in Germany and Canada and its production units in the Czech Republic and Mexico.
