Governance of the group Latécoère SA

The board of directors of Latécoère SA today, which met today under the chairmanship of Pierre Gadonneix, has decided of the nomination of Yannick Assouad, currently CEO of Zodiac Aerospace Cabin branch, as CEO of Latécoère SA as of November, 2nd 2016. Yannick Assouad will be in charge of putting in place Latécoère's transformation strategy in order to enable the group to fully benefit from the next cycle of new programs expected between 2020 and 2025 thanks to a restored competitivity and investment capacity.

Frédéric Michelland ceases to carry out his responsibilities as CEO of Latécoère SA as of today.

Until November 2nd, 2016, the board of directors of Latécoère SA has entrusted the role of CEO of the group to Pierre Gadonneix. He will be in charge of accomplishing the transition, and will especially conduct, in this context, the strategic project Transformation 2020 announced on June 7th, 2016. Olivier Regnard has been confirmed Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Together, they will pursue the establishment of the transformation plan in all its dimensions, and will conduct, until the end of their mandate, the discussions which have been opened with the social partners of the company.
