Gilles Chamignon appointed Managing Director of Paref Gestion

SIIC PAREF, a property company specialised in property investment and management on behalf of third parties, announces the appointment of Gilles Chamignon to the role of Managing Director of its subsidiary Paref Gestion, replacing Thierry Gaiffe.

Gilles Chamignon has more than 25 years' experience in property investment management. He has successively held several positions of responsibility, including that of Head of the Portfolio Management Department at IXIS AEW Europe, before his appointment as Director of Corporate Property Funds for UFG Group (La Française REM).

He was involved in the creation of Mercatena Gestion as Deputy CEO, where he was specifically responsible for the development and implementation of the investment strategy. He is a lecturer in Sustainable Property & Buildings (Master IBD) at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Gilles Chamignon's mission will be to accelerate the development of management on behalf of third parties, both in relation to existing SCPIs (Interpierre, Novapierre 1, Novapierre Germany, Pierre 48, Capiforce Pierre, Atlantique Pierre) and to OPCIs (Vivapierre, 54 Boétie).
