GROUPE STERIA SCA - VOTING RIGHTS AT OCTOBER 31th, 2012
In accordance with the article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and to determine the equity participation thresholds mentioned in article L. 233-71 of the French Commercial Code and the article 10 of the Groupe Steria SCA Articles of Association2, the Company informs its shareholders that the number of shares making up its share capital and the number of voting rights, as at October 31th, 2012, are:
- shares: 30,879,729
- “theoretical” voting rights (including suspending rights): 36,233,304
- voting rights exercisable at Shareholders' Meetings3: 36,194,7433
1 Crossing the threshold in either direction of: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 33,3%, 50%, 66,6%, 90%, 95%.
2 Crossing the threshold in either direction of 2.5% or a multiple of 2.5%
3 Excluding treasury shares
