GLOBAL ECOPOWER : GEP FINALIZES THE SALE OF THE PERLES PLANT

Aix-en-Provence (France), January 8, 2018. Global EcoPower (Euronext Growth - FR0011289198 - ALGEP) announces the sale of a 12.3 MW wind power plant to the German LHI Group. The group also announces its change of address in Meyreuil, east of Aix-en-Provence.

Sale of Perles

On August 3, Global EcoPower announced the sale of the Perles wind power plant under conditions precedent. These various conditions were lifted and the sale took place on December 29. As a reminder, this sale concerns 100% of the shares of SAS MSE Le Haut des Epinettes to the LHI Group.

Based in Aisne (02), this 12.3 MW wind power plant is composed of 6 SENVION turbines of 2.05 MW. The plant was connected to the grid in October 2017. This power plant was completed within the agreed timeframe and brings the Group's installed wind power capacity to 106 MW.

Change of address

The Group moved to the Arteparc de Bachasson in Meyreuil at the end of 2017. The building is labelled as a "BBC solar energy producer" and its performance allows to reduce energy costs by more than 50%. The building was built in a park of 11,500 m² largely watered with collected rainwater. Global EcoPower now has premises corresponding to its status of promoting sustainable development.
