First success in 3D printing - Gorgé group announced the first sale of a 3D printer since the launch of this activity
The new subsidiary of Gorgé Group, Prodways (www.prodways.com), has booked its first deal during the Euromold trade fair: a D35 Producer dedicated to biomedical applications. The customer is an international group with a turnover around tens of billions euros. This producer will be used for the production of several thousand parts per year, replacing a fleet larger than ten 3D printers less efficient. The selling price is about 300 to €400K. Customer will be delivered in 2014.
During Eumold, Prodways has presented in world premiere its new range of four 3D printers for large parts.

Euromold was marked by numerous business meetings and contacts in several industries: biomedical, dental, jewelery, rapid prototyping, motorsport and technical ceramics.
