FUTUREN : Alexandre Morin is appointed Chief Executive Officer of FUTUREN

FUTUREN announced the appointment of Alexandre Morin as Chief Executive Officer of the FUTUREN Group with effect as from January 1, 2018. Alexandre Morin was Chief Operating Officer of the Group since July 5, 2017. He replaced Fady Khallouf, whose mandate ended on December 31, 2017 in accordance with the agreements entered into between the Company, Fady Khallouf and the EDF Energies Nouvelles group. The Board of Directors thanked Fady Khallouf for his commitment to the management of the FUTUREN Group.

Moreover, the Board of Directors held on December 18, 2017 coopted Michel Sirat as independent director for the remaining term of office of its predecessor, i.e. until the general meeting called to approve in 2018 the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017. At the same meeting, Michel Sirat was also appointed member of the Audit Committee. His predecessor, Thibaut de Gaudemar, resigned from his duties as director and member of the Audit Committee at the close of the Board of Directors' meeting held on September 6, 2017.

Pursuant to the free shares plan decided by the Board of Directors on November 2, 2015, the Board of Directors held on December 18, 2017 definitively granted 1,050,000 performance shares. After creation of these new shares, the share capital comprises 277,134,987 shares. The number of voting rights reached 277,454,916 as at December 31, 2017 and 277,374,431 as at January 31, 2018.

Lastly, the Company has transferred its registered office to the following address: Coeur Défense - 100, esplanade du Général de Gaulle - 92932 Paris La Défense - France.
