1. Including 36,000 new shares in accordance with the contract of an equity line financing concluded with Kepler Cheuvreux on February 22^nd 2016 for a total amount of 692,280 €.A shareholder holding 1% of Groupe Gorgé share capital would be reduced to approximately 0,990% of the capital.


2. The number of exercisable voting rights is calculated based on the total number of shares minus those without voting rights. On December 31^st 2016, 4,372 shares, were registered under the liquidity contract assigned to the brokerage Gilbert Dupont, and therefore deprived of voting rights.
