Earlier this month, Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: INO) announced results from a late-stage study of immunotherapy candidate VGX-3100 in treating precancerous cervical dysplasia. Although the primary and secondary endpoints of the study were achieved, investors didn't seem impressed.
