The extraordinary meeting of Shareholders which took place on August 8th in person and digitally with more than 90% participation voted unanimously to delegate to the Board the power of creating 1.5 million new shares in particular for including new investors and acquiring services. The next Annual Shareholder Meeting with all financial results was announced to take place in September.
