Die thailändische Verbrauchssteuerbehörde stellt ihr System der Steuerrückerstattung um, indem sie ein blockchainbasiertes System einführt, das sie bis Mitte 2020 umsetzen will. Das geht aus einem Interview hervor, das der Generaldirektor der Verbrauchsteuerbehörde Patchara Anuntasilpa der Bangkok Post am 25. November gegeben hat.Anuntasilpa erklärte, dass das zukünftige Steuerrückerstattungssystem Verbrauchssteuern für Ölexporteure nach der Auslieferung des Kraftstoffs erhebt. Ölexporteure sind derzeit noch verpflichtet, Dokumente für eine Steuerbefreiung vorzulegen.
