Macy's Decides Not to Sell e-Commerce Business
Macy's (NYSE: M) reported fourth-quarter and fiscal 2021 earnings results before the markets opened on Tuesday, Feb. 22. As part of the release, management announced a decision not to sell its e-commerce business.
Macy's deliberated the segment's sale for the potential value the stand-alone business could bring but ultimately decided against a deal.
