Hydrogen Fuel and EV Charge Solutions AG signed major agreement with Henan Government
Hydrogen Fuel and EV Charge Solutions AG (Sym:MB70, WKN: A3MQQ5) is excited to announce that it has executed preliminary agreement with Henan Government Highway Office to build 36 solar system EV charge stations with 30 piles along the e Zhengnan Highways’ services area and exits.
The highway is more than 6448.54 KM and is a main thoroughfare used by 25 million vehicles per year.
The company has commenced to build the first solar EV Charge Stations which is destined to become an icon in the Zhangzhou highway network.
On November 30, 2021, the Department of Transportation of Henan Province of China issued the Implementation Plan for the "Endurance Project" of Green Travel in the Expressway Service Area of Henan Province, which requires that by the end of June 2023, the service areas of Henan's highways that have been opened for operation will have full coverage of charging stations.
Henan Province has 18 cities and more than 100 counties in Henan Province, with well-developed highways networks. The total population of the province exceeds 110 million people.
Hydrogen Fuel and EV Charge Solutions AG plan to construct the solar charge station in two phases.
Phase One , 16 solar charging stations in total, and 30 charging piles per station are planned to be built in a prime area. The total investment is estimated as Euro 12 million.
The annual charging income is estimated at Euro 13 million with estimated annual gross profit of Euro 3.6 million.
Phase two , Hydrogen Fuel and EV Charge Solutions AG will build 20 solar charging stations with 30 charging piles each along sub highways which are connected to the main highways with high traffic volume and high utilization, such as Zhengpu Expressway and Zhengzhou Expressway. The total investment is estimated atEuro 14 Millions. The annual charging income is estimated at Euro 18 millions with estimated gross profits of Euro 4.6 millions.
Hydrogen Fuel and EV Charge Solutions AG is mainly engaged in the design, installation, operation management and maintenance services of charging facilities for new energy vehicles; research and development, production, sales, operation and services for intelligent vehicle end-product of Global Positioning System.
