Hans Nef, member of the Board, died in an accident

Hans Nef, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Edisun Power, died in an accident last weekend. The Board of Directors, the Management Board and the entire team at Edisun Power are deeply saddened by this news and extend their sincere condolences to his relatives.

Hans Nef had been a member of the Board of Directors since August 28, 2014. His commitment and dedication played a key role in shaping the positive development of the Edisun Power Group in recent years.

His descendants intend to support the strategy of the Board of Directors in his best interests.
