Henry Gordillo, Founder and CEO of Integration Technologies Corp. (Intech), is an outstanding entrepreneur and cloud and IT infrastructure expert who has a proven track record over multiple years. His cloud business grew in 2019 over 47% while his Cloud related EBIT/DA went up over 250% at the same time. Intech provides a superior cost advantage for service, project delivery and coordination with multilingual English and Spanish speaking team to support North America, Latin America, and South America offering the highest quality at the lowest cost. Intech, aligned with RIB Cloud's Headquarters in Amsterdam (RIB Cloud/SaaSplaza), will not only offer Infrastructure as a Service for MTWO clients but also 24/7 fully managed services network, firewall, contact center, cyber security, back and recovery, as well as cloud platform and digital transformation solutions and services, Intech will be integrated into the RIB MTWO Cloud and Webservices ecosystem which has offices around the world to offer a global Cloud infrastructure 24/7 based on highest quality, performance, and value. Henry Gordillo has been entrusted by the largest organizations in the Caribbean to handle their IT infrastructure and Cloud technology and operations and has proven that he can manage cost to reach high EBIT/DA in fast growing cloud business.

RIB has initially purchased a 60% share from Intech's financial investors. Going forward, the management and Henry Gordillo will keep 40% for the next 3-5 years and support the expansion and further profit growth of the 8-10 Million USD business unit in the midterm. RIB has secured a call option for 100% integration.

The target is to offer GO LIVE in 48 HOURS of the MTWO enterprise cloud platform using a pre-configured iTWO best practice version.

After increasing the USA sales organization by 500% in 2019, by way of the U.S. CAD investment, RIB plans to go for over 30 MTWO/iTWO 4.0 Phase II/III large deals in 2020 offering not only a SaaS Cloud platform but also IaaS and all related services.
