January 2020 - The Management Board of co.don Aktiengesellschaft, Teltow (ISIN DE000A1K0227; WKN A1K022) (the "Company") expects consolidated revenue of EUR 6.8 million (2018: EUR 5.7 million) for the fiscal year 2019 according to preliminary figures. The Company thus misses the revenue target of EUR 8.8 million but achieves an increase of 19.3% compared to the fiscal year 2018. Consolidated IFRS earnings are expected to amount to EUR -9.9 million (2018: EUR -6.3 million). The net loss under German commercial law for the year will amount to EUR 10.7 million (2018: EUR 8.8 million). Excluding the costs for the capital increase in October 2019, the net loss for the year 2019 is EUR 9.7 million. All information is preliminary and unaudited.
