Die Schmack Biogas AG ist ein deutscher Komplettanbieter von Biogasanlagen. Das operative Geschäft umfasst dabei die drei Geschäftsbereiche Projektierung und Errichtung, Service und Betriebsführung wie auch den Eigenbetrieb von Biogasanlagen. In Biogasanlagen wird durch die Vergärung von landwirtschaftlichen, kommunalen und industriellen organischen Reststoffen (Gülle oder Lebensmittelreste) oder eigens dafür angebauten Rohstoffen (Getreide oder Ganzpflanzensilagen) Biogas hergestellt. In einem zweiten Schritt wird dieses Gas in Strom und Wärme gewandelt und ins Stromnetz eingespeist oder als Fernwärme genutzt. Die vergorenen Rohstoffe können als Dünger eingesetzt werden. Seit 1995 hat die Gesellschaft mehr als 145 unterschiedlich große Anlagen errichtet und betreibt seit 1997 ein eigenes Biotechnologie-Labor zur Analyse der mikrobiologischen Vorgänge in Biogasanlagen. Schmack gehört in Deutschland, dem weltweit größten Markt für Biogasanlagen, zu den größten Anbietern. Solange die Unterstützung bei 5,71 € hält, ist der Aufwärtstrend intakt.

Wenn so massiv verkauft wird,  am 23.12.09  wieder 320.000 Stück von Ulrich Schmack, dann ist für mich alles klar. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es hier an Board noch jemand gibt, der ernsthaft an ein come back dieser Aktie glaubt.
