Der Laden ist profitabel (wenn auch mit sinkenden Margen), hat ein KGV von 4,6 und eine Dividendenrendite von fast 9%. Der Interims CEO Robert F. Moran hat im Dezember 2014 bereits PetSmart für 8,7 Mrd $ an BC Partners verhökert. Die Institutionellen halten mittlerweile über 80% der Anteile und wenn ich mir die illustre Gesellschaft an Hedgefunds so anschaue, die sich hier tummelt, glaube ich hier wird es jetzt interessant.
