OX401 is a potent PARP1 agonist and represents a new generation of molecules showing strong anti-tumor activity associated with high immunological activity
(„Onxeo“ oder „das Unternehmen“), ein Biotechnologieunternehmen im klinischen Stadium, das sich auf die Entwicklung innovativer Medikamente gegen Tumor-DNA-Schadensreaktionen (DDR) spezialisiert hat, insbesondere gegen seltene oder resistente Krebsarten , berichtete heute über die Veröffentlichung der endgültigen Ergebnisse seiner DRIIV-Phase-1-Dosis-Eskalationsstudie mit AsiDNA ™, dem ersten DDR-Inhibitor des Unternehmens, der intravenös verabreicht wurde (IV), im British Journal of Cancer.
