Cuxhaven, 5. September 2016 - Die PNE WIND AG plant einen kompletten oder anteiligen Verkauf ihres Windparkportfolios an einen oder mehrere Investoren. Diese Entscheidung hat der Vorstand heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrates getroffen. Damit verabschiedet sich die Gesellschaft von dem Konzept, diesen Bestand durch einen Börsengang anders zu vermarkten.
Investorenlösung bevorzugt vor Börsengang
Seit 2014 hat die PNE WIND AG ein eindrucksvolles Portfolio von Windparks mit einer Nennleistung von mehr als 142 MW im Eigenbestand aufgebaut. Diese Parks sind ganz überwiegend bereits in Betrieb. Ein kleinerer Teil ist noch im Bau und wird in Kürze in Betrieb genommen. Ein weiterer Windpark mit rund 10 MW befindet sich zusätzlich im Genehmigungsverfahren.
