Die Amadeus Goup möchte I:FAO zu 15 € übernehmen. Dies Angebot ist schon angesichts der hohen Dividendenrendite (0,75 cents je Aktie viel zu niedrig. Das Umsatzwachstum ist sehr hoch. I:FAO bietet die sehr attraktive webbasierte Software Cytric für die Buchung von Geschäftsreisen (über cloud) an. Man kann mit einem Kursziel von mindestens 20€ rechnen.
