Auf einigen Aktien kann man ausruhen: auf lange Sicht klettern sie immer und schütten Jahr um Jahr eine Dividende von ca. 4% (nach Kapitalertragssteuer) aus – in Zeiten, in denen Kapital nicht nur nichts bringt, sondern durch die jährliche Teuerungsrate von ca. 2% stetig dahinschmilzt und weniger wird.
Wer nicht täglich strampeln will, nicht täglich das Börsenbarometer rauf- und runterklettern auf der Suche nach den nächsten Prozentpunkt, lehnt sich bei der Allianz einfach zurück und hält zur rechten Zeit die Hand auf. Langweilig – gewiß, das pflegen Anker- und Basiswerte im Dax zu sein. Im Augenblick steht der Aktienkurs ca. 10 % unter seinem Höchststand vom Januar 2018, es kann vielleicht noch einmal ein wenig billiger werden, aber das sind dann für dieses Papier schon wieder Einstiegskurse. Denn die nächste Dividende kommt bestimmt, und sie wird sicherlich im Verhältnis zum Kurs wieder so attraktiv sein wie zuvor. Und auch die Aktie wird sich bewegt haben – summa summarum – nach oben.
