Heißt Dell, ist aber WMWare
Durch die Übernahme von EMC hat Dell auch einen Mehrheitsanteil an VMWare in die Hände bekommen. Um das Ganze zu finanzieren, haben sie diesen Unternehmensanteil in den "Tracking Stock" ausgelagert, um den es hier geht. Den wollen sie aber aus ihrem Chashflow nach und nach zurückkaufen. Nachdem die Geschäfte bei Dell gut laufen, dürften es auch mit dem Rückkauf keine Probleme geben. Kann man auf Deutsch oder Englisch nachlesen:
