Die Übernahme von SolarCity ist für Tesla ein teurer "Spaß".
Ich verstehe zwar, dass das Überleben von SolarCity ein wichtiger, womöglich unverzichtbarer Teil von Elon Musks Konzept der künftigen Elektromobilität ist, doch für Tesla-Aktionäre bedeutet diese Übernahme einen erheblichen Wertverlust ihrer Aktien. Das ist sofort eine Verwässerung, und wird in Zukunft für eine noch stärkere Verwässerung der Anteile sorgen.
Außerdem hat es einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack, dass Elon Musk und seine Familie von dieser Übernahme finanziell persönlich profitieren.
Dazu kommt dann noch die schlechte Stimmung, die Donald Trump bei allen Erneuerbare-Energie-Aktien verbreitet ...
