BOIRON : Closing of the acquisition by BOIRON of Laboratoire Ferrier

Following the notice on February 8, 2017, the Laboratoires Boiron signed today the final agreement to acquire all the shares of the Laboratoire Ferrier, which were held until then by the Laboratoires Arkopharma.

The price of the acquisition amounts to 1,826,000 euros, in addition to the amount of the net cash position, entirely financed with own funds.
