AGTA RECORD acquires ISEA France
agta record has reached an agreement to acquire Isea France, the second largest manufacturer of roller shutters and sectional doors in France, with expected 2013 sales close to EUR 14 million.
This acquisition offers a much broader range of products to the Group's European subsidiaries and will contribute significantly to grow maintenance.
Isea France will be consolidated from 1 February and will contribute positively to the Group's results as soon as 2014.
agta record has also acquired Ascenseurs Méditerranée in October last year. 2013 sales were close to EUR 4.5 million.
agta record is actively engaged in several other deals in Europe, the U.S. and Asia which could lead to additional acquisitions in 2014.
