Tessi's first quarter 2015 turnover grew by €8.4 million to €69.2 million, up 13.8%. Based on proforma 2014 turnover including Graddo and Gdoc, acquired in May 2014 and December 2014 respectively, like-for-like growth came in at 3.1%.
CPoR Devises posted first quarter turnover of €10.9 million, similar to €10.8 million in Q1 2014.
Tessi Documents Services turned in turnover of €52.0 million, up €8.5 million or 19.5% from Q1 2014. Graddo and Gdoc contributed to the overall trend. The division's like-for-like growth was 4.4%.
Tessi Marketing Services posted stable first quarter turnover of €6.3 million compared to Q1 2014 turnover of €6.4 million. This division does not yet include the results of PMC, which was acquired on 30 March 2015.
2015 expected trends
Tessi is committed to pursuing its growth strategy and maintaining its profit margins in 2015.
Tessi will continue to pursue its innovation policy, a key factor underpinning growth, while staying on the lookout for any merger and acquisition opportunities, particularly abroad.
