Bearish sentiment has overtaken Wall Street, and just about the only good news that came from Friday's trading session was that the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI), S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC), and Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX: ^IXIC) bounced off their worst levels of the day to finish above their worst close of the year back in June. Even with the slight recovery, though, indexes were down 1.5% to 2%.
