Orbia Advance Corporation, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: ORBIA*) (“the Company” or “Orbia”), a global leader in specialty products, advanced materials and innovative solutions for building and infrastructure, precision agriculture, health care delivery and data communications, today announced that Edgardo Carlos, Chief Financial Officer, will depart Orbia to pursue other interests. Carlos, who has served as CFO since joining Orbia in August 2019, has agreed to continue in his role through the third quarter of 2021 to support the transition of responsibilities.

“Having worked in close partnership with Edgardo on executing the formative phases of our transformation and growth strategy, I am grateful for his contributions in helping us build a foundation for sustainable and profitable growth,” said Sameer S.
