publity AG successfully sells office property in Mühlheim/Ruhr

Frankfurt/Main, 21 June 2022- publity AG ("publity", Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has successfully sold an office property in Mühlheim/Ruhr with a floor space of approximately 12,600 square metres. The property includes 246 underground and 51 outdoor parking spaces. The property, built in 1997, is located in a commercial area in Mühlheim/Ruhr and offers a good infrastructure with connections to public transportation and the A52 motorway. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or the buyer.
