CPI PROPERTY GROUP - Acquisition of Green Corner A in Warsaw
CPI PROPERTY GROUP ("CPIPG" or the "Group"), the largest owner of income-generating real estate in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, announces the acquisition of Green Corner A office building in Warsaw, Poland.
Located in Warsaw's central business district, Green Corner A is a modern, LEED Platinum certified, A+ class office building spanning 14,860 square metres of leasable area over seven floors. Green Corner A was completed in 2012 and is nearly 100% occupied by strong local and international tenants such as PKO Bank Polski Group and Grant Thornton. The property was acquired from DWS Group ("DWS"), one of the world's largest asset managers and a significant investor in commercial real estate in the CEE region.
