Ingo Stober, CEO of elumeo SE, has resigned from his position with immediate effect for personal reasons. As the company's new CEO, Wolfgang Boyé will assume this role in addition to his position as Chairman of the Executive Board.

Boyé: "The Executive Board would like to thank Ingo Stober for his work. In particular, the restructuring programme he initiated at the end of 2018 has put the company back on track. We therefore very much regret Ingo Stober's departure at the current time. I am delighted that he will continue to be available to us for a transition period as a member of the Executive Board. We cannot afford to let up in implementing the necessary measures to increase earnings and reduce costs, however. We must continue along the path we have embarked on with courage and consistency. I look forward to leading the restructuring programme to sustainable success."

elumeo published its half-year financial report at the end of September. In this report, the company announced, among other things, that it had exceeded its planned targets in terms of achieving cost savings and an increase in gross profit.
