The member of the Supervisory Board of Vectron Systems AG, Mr. Heinz-Jürgen Buss, informed the Board of Management of Vectron Systems AG today about his decision to resign from his office as member of the Supervisory Board after more than ten years of membership for personal reasons at the end of 2020 and to leave the Supervisory Board at that time.
With this, Mr. Buss wants to give the company enough time to find suitable successor candidates by the end of the year.
