Better Buy: Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. vs. Novavax, Inc.
As of now, 2017 is turning out to be a bust for shareholders of both Inovio Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: INO) and Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX).
